The Lord-Lieutenant and the East Midlands RFCA recently hosted an awards evening to welcome new Lord-Lieutenant cadets and celebrate outgoing LL Cadets, as well as presenting Certificates for Meritorious Service.

HM Lord-Lieutenant Cadets are chosen from among the very best and brightest of each of the Cadet organisations and will serve for a year, by supporting HM Lord-Lieutenant at events, whilst representing their Cadet Force.

HM Lord-Lieutenant Certificates for Meritorious Service are an important means of recognising valuable Reserve and Cadet Force volunteers, who have gone above and beyond in service to the Reserves and Cadets.
